I cannot express how much I have fallen in love with these two humans and everyone they love and all who love them. Clients and now friends like these are the reason I do what I do. With all the trust they had they fell right into me, my camera, and the rhythm of the day. They invited me to be apart of their family, even for that brief time, and it felt like it always does, real, like the velveteen rabbit.
My biggest appreciation is to Emily from Anna Delores Photography tho. Anna Delores attracts such whole hearted-down to earth-into positive vibes-Ohana style clients. So much aloha for Emily who was the first to tell me to just wish for these people, and they will find us. I was also destined to meet Amy's mother who touched my soul so deeply with how she loves her family and everyone she meets. #imnotcryingyourecrying (love your mom Ams).
OK, here is one of the most special years, 6 months, 3 weeks, 3 days of my life (more to come) with Amy & Justin and Lindsey (Wedding Designer/Creative Director) for Magnolia Event Design, she is a genius, hire her. RockRose floral and so many many amazing talented vendors!
Beatles songs playing in the background, swaged orange magnolias that dreams are made of, and starry eyed daisies everywhere. Oh AND potted plants!!! Soft & hard textures, as so is this life, and every bit of serious non seriousness; super fun relaxed California personalities mixed with some Mid-West twang. The ocean wasn't the only thing that splashed across the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara, CA. Then they partied, they drank it all, all the tears, all the laughing; all of it.
